ABOUT THIS PAINTING:
A fabulous large canvas, from one of Wiltshire’s top landscape abstract artists.
Medium: acrylic, charcoal and pastel on canvas.

Part of a collection that is a reflection on the landscape that evokes the past in a contemporary way. To try and capture that moment, the emotional reaction to the openness and vast distance before us.
Created from the artists memories of the Wiltshire landscape, combining distant horizons influenced by the ever changing climatic conditions. Through these works Karen is taking the viewer on their own travels through the landscape.
This canvas is float framed in a discreet dark grey tray moulding, allowing the side of the canvas to be visible showing the extension of the artwork as it wraps around the the depth of the canvas. Then it has a wide slip and outer square profile moulding in off white – very impressive.
